Gabriel Luna ( True Detective ) as Joel’s younger brother and former soldier, Tommy Merle Dandridge ( The Last of Us video games, The Flight Attendant) as resistance leader Marlene and Anna Torv ( Fringe) as Tess, a smuggler and fellow hardened survivor.
